Product Description

concrete stone molding silicone rubber , pourable, bi-component, vulcanizing at room-temperature with a poly-condensation process. The silicone rubber give a perfect replica of the original item. Highly resistant in all circumstances and thermo-stable. Feingosil 100-production is wide spread. They have high mechanical properties, so they're recommended for reproduction of elastic moulds (even with undercut) in the artistic foundries, decorative objects, in the field of artificial stone and so on. Excellent performance for reproduction in wax and plaster models.

How to use:
1.A and B must be mixed evenly into a clean plastic or metal container, The bottom and walls of the container must be scraped well to ensure that the silicone is mixed with the curing agent.

2.The pre-operation time of the mixed is 30-40 minutes at room temperature, and the product prototype is poured by vacuum defrosting.The product can be cured completely at room temperature of 3-4 hours and heated at 80-120ºC for 30 minutes.

3. When pouring or brushing mold for medium or large products, it is recommended to pour or brush 2-3mm thick silica gel on the surface of the product to fully and completely contact with the prototype.

4.At  25ºC, A/B is fully mixed and stored safely for 30-40 minutes.The higher the temperature, the shorter the storage time.
